Rosaline R. Banks has had multiple roles within the financial sector. After completing her MBA at Union University, she began working in corporate finance with International Paper as a strategic financial analyst. In this role, she primarily focused on product profitability and work process effectiveness for multiple business units within the company.

Prior to starting her financial career, she worked for eight years in the pharmaceutical industry where she focused on the cardiovascular, cholesterol, and diabetic markets. From there, she became a financial advisor at Merrill Lynch and has worked as a financial solutions advisor, a regional private banker for high-net-worth clients, and most recently as a retirement plan advisor on a state pension and deferred compensation plan. She is also a proud Air Force veteran, but she is most proud of her role as a wife and mother of two beautiful children.
